Passus S.A. Secures Key Contract with Polish State-Owned Entity for Advanced Cybersecurity Solutions
Passus S.A., a leading Polish IT integrator, has signed a significant implementation agreement with a state-owned entity under the Polish Treasury. The contract, valued at PLN 4,854,394.56 gross, involves the delivery of a cutting-edge Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) system, along with expert support services.
Under the agreement, Passus will supply the software and licenses within five business days of signing the contract, while expert support services will be provided over a maximum period of six months. The payment structure includes PLN 4,663,990.56 for software delivery and licensing, payable within 30 days of acceptance, and PLN 190,404.00 for expert support services, payable upon completion. The contract also includes standard market penalty clauses, capped at 30% of the gross contract value.
