Grupa Klepsydra S.A., Poland's leading funeral services provider, has announced significant developments in its operations and financial performance for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025. The company successfully acquired the oldest funeral service provider in Bielsko-Biała, "Centrum Pogrzebowe Zieleń Miejska" Sp. z o.o., which includes the city's only crematorium. This acquisition marks Klepsydra's entry into a new regional market, expanding its geographical footprint to six local markets and increasing its group portfolio to 10 subsidiaries. The acquisition aligns with the company's long-term strategy of consolidating Poland's fragmented funeral services market.
In 2025, the group achieved consolidated revenues of PLN 58.2 million, a 17% increase compared to the previous year. Adjusted net profit, excluding non-cash goodwill amortization, reached PLN 5.48 million, reflecting a 43% year-on-year growth in comparable terms. The group also reported a 44% increase in burials, a 4% rise in cremations, and a 16% growth in cemetery plot sales. Despite a slight decline in Poland's overall mortality rate, Klepsydra S.A. demonstrated resilience and operational efficiency, achieving significant growth in its service volumes.
Additionally, the company secured a total of PLN 3 million in loans from the Łódzka Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego for three of its subsidiaries, further strengthening its financial position. The group also distributed PLN 5.2 million in dividends from its subsidiaries, contributing to a robust financial performance.
