Atende S.A. Reports Decline in Financial Performance for H1 and Q2 2026
Atende S.A., a leading Polish IT systems integrator, has released its preliminary financial results for the first half (H1) and second quarter (Q2) of 2026, revealing a significant decline in key financial metrics compared to the same periods in 2025. The company reported a 14% drop in net sales revenue for H1 2026, amounting to PLN 101.4 million, compared to PLN 118.5 million in H1 2025. Similarly, Q2 2026 net sales revenue fell by 11% to PLN 46.4 million.
Operating profit for H1 2026 decreased by 56% to PLN 2.2 million, while Q2 2026 saw a sharper decline of 58% to PLN 0.9 million. EBITDA also fell by 29% in H1 2026 to PLN 5.8 million and by 28% in Q2 2026 to PLN 2.6 million. Net profit for H1 2026 dropped by 57% to PLN 2.1 million, with Q2 2026 net profit decreasing by 51% to PLN 1.0 million.
On a consolidated basis, the Atende Group also experienced declines. Net sales revenue for H1 2026 fell by 9% to PLN 129.2 million, while Q2 2026 revenue dropped by 6% to PLN 59.9 million. Consolidated operating profit for H1 2026 plummeted by 63% to PLN 1.9 million, and Q2 2026 saw a near-total collapse of 98% to just PLN 0.05 million. EBITDA for H1 2026 decreased by 20% to PLN 8.8 million, and Q2 2026 EBITDA fell by 27% to PLN 3.8 million. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company dropped by 45% in H1 2026 to PLN 1.5 million, though Q2 2026 saw a slight improvement of 27% to PLN 1.0 million.
The company emphasized that these results are preliminary estimates and may be subject to changes following an independent auditor's review. Final figures will be disclosed in the periodic report scheduled for release on September 16, 2026.
