Liftero: A New Polish Space-Tech Company Heading to NewConnect

Liftero is a Polish space technology company developing propulsion systems for small satellites. With its BOOSTER green chemical propulsion system flight-proven in orbit and an oversubscribed public offering behind it, the company debuts on NewConnect on 30 June 2026, joining Creotech and Scanway as a WSE representative of the space sector.

Company Overview

Liftero is a Polish space technology company developing propulsion systems for small satellites. Its flagship product, BOOSTER, is a green chemical propulsion system designed to provide high-thrust orbital maneuvering for satellites used in commercial and institutional missions, including constellation deployment, collision avoidance, in-orbit servicing, and controlled deorbiting. The company positions its technology as a lower-power, configurable alternative that enables satellites to reach operational orbit faster than many electric propulsion systems.

In-Orbit Demonstration and Commercial Traction

A key milestone for Liftero was the successful in-orbit demonstration of its propulsion technology. The company's RED5 mission, launched aboard SpaceX Transporter-13 in 2025, validated BOOSTER in space, providing the flight heritage that is often essential for winning commercial contracts in the space industry. Since then, Liftero has announced commercial agreements, including a contract for propulsion systems for an in-orbit servicing mission.

NewConnect Debut

Liftero recently completed an oversubscribed public offering to finance production scaling, product development, certification activities, and international expansion. The company will debut on NewConnect, the alternative market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, on 30 June 2026, becoming another representative of this sector on the WSE after Creotech and Scanway. It will, however, probably be the first European space company focused exclusively on satellite propulsion systems.
