TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES (E-BOOKS)

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The seller of digital products (e-books) is Katarina Partyka, with registered address: Landstrasse 135B, 7250 Klosters, Switzerland.

1.2. Contact with the Seller is possible via email: polepositioninvesting@hotmail.com.

1.3. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of e-books via the website and define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer.

1.4. The Buyer must be an adult with full legal capacity.

1.5. The Buyer is required to have a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser to use the website and download e-books.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1. Seller – Kataryna Partyka, operating from Switzerland, providing access to e-books through the online platform.

2.2. Buyer – an individual or entity purchasing an e-book from the Seller via the website.

2.3. E-book – a digital product in the form of an electronic book, delivered in a downloadable format.

2.4. Order – the action of purchasing an e-book via the website.

2.5. Platform/Website – the e-commerce site through which e-books are sold and delivered.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

3.1. The Seller provides information about each e-book, including its format, description, price, and delivery method.

3.2. All prices are given in USD (US Dollars) and include applicable taxes.

3.3. The e-books are non-physical digital products, delivered via a download link after successful payment.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1. The Buyer can choose from the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe)

Other payment methods available through Stripe

4.2. Payment is required in advance. The download link will be available immediately or sent via email upon successful payment.

4.3. An invoice can be issued upon request sent to polepositioninvesting@hotmail.com. Please note that the invoice will indicate a 0% VAT rate, as the Seller is not a VAT-registered entity.

5. DELIVERY

5.1. Delivery is made digitally. After payment, the e-book will be accessible for download.

5.2. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the device used is compatible with the e-book format.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. In accordance with EU and Swiss consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the Buyer downloads the e-book, as it constitutes a supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, and the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

7. COMPLAINTS

7.1. Complaints should be submitted via email to: polepositioninvesting@hotmail.com.

7.2. The complaint should include: Buyer’s name, email, order number, and a description of the issue.

7.3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.

8. PERSONAL DATA

8.1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data for the purposes of:

fulfilling orders,

issuing invoices,

maintaining legal compliance,

sending marketing communication (if consent is provided).

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. These Terms are governed by Swiss law.

9.2. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already completed.
