The projects, valued at a total of 197,761,702.93 PLN gross, involve the expansion of roads in the Inowrocław-Solec Kujawski and Nowa Wieś Wielka-Leszyce areas. The contracts are divided into two parts:

• Part 1: Design and construction of the Inowrocław-Rojewo-Jezuicka Struga-Stara Wieś section, valued at 131,416,123.97 PLN gross.
• Part 2: Design and construction of the Leszyce-Nowa Wieś Wielka section and the Solec Kujawski Industrial Park connection, valued at 66,345,578.96 PLN gross.

Both projects are to be completed within 37 months from the signing date. The contracts are classified as significant due to their value and strategic importance for Mirbud S.A.

Mirbud S.A., a leading Polish construction group, has reported a backlog of nearly 8.9 billion PLN at the end of Q3 2025, moving closer to its annual target of 10 billion PLN. The company secured two significant road construction contracts in September, totaling 335.2 million PLN net. The first involves the design and construction of the Wschowa and Dębowa Łęka bypass along National Road No. 12, valued at 128.74 million PLN net. The second contract, worth approximately 226.5 million PLN net, covers the design and construction of National Road No. 9 between Skaryszew and the beginning of the Iłża bypass. Additionally, Mirbud signed a 50 million PLN agreement for a real estate development project. Infrastructure projects dominate the company's portfolio, accounting for 7.2 billion PLN of the total backlog.
